So, is he a caricature of someone you know, or a character you've made up? Most of the time, caricatures define a certain part of the person's body, and judging by the way you formed the hands, I wouldn't be surprised.

Other than that, it looks fantastic. I think that toning colored artwork is all for naught, because people can barely see the tones through the color.

The white outling makes him (or her) separate from the background and stick out, yet the two still blend together seamlessly.

I take it this is not your first Manga, and I'd be interested if you told me about some of your others.
